Bouchardon and His Contemporaries
The Getty Center, Los Angeles, 2 April 2017

In parallel with the exhibition Bouchardon: Royal Artist of the Enlightenment (on view at the Getty Center until 2 April), this symposium explores the relationships Bouchardon had with his contemporaries (artists, patrons, and connoisseurs) and investigates the diffusion and reception of his oeuvre.
